Ségolène Lafay joined Experienced Capital in January 2022 to strengthen the digital expertise team.
In 2015, she started as a Data Analyst Consultant at Fifty-Five, known for its skills in web analytics.
Then she worked 3 years at Club Med to improve online sales for all-inclusive trips. Her role was to build and coordinate the AB Tests Roadmaps, Personalization and UX optimization for 35 countries.
In 2019, she joined Vestiaire Collective, a French unicorn specialized in second-hand luxury clothing resale. She implemented a project management team to optimize the relevance of the internal search engine. During her second year at Vestiaire Collective, she capitalized on the analysis of qualitative data (semantic analyzes of feedbacks, interviews and users’ tests…) to enhance the mobile app experience and better meet the expectations of buyers and sellers.
Ségolène is a graduate of EM Strasbourg (double degree in ICT Management), class of 2015.

Ségolène loves to find good deals on online resale applications and beautiful second-hand pieces or furniture. She also spends a lot of time with friends walking around Paris in search of the best brunches.
