    Experienced Capital sells its stake in Sessùn to Quadrivio Group

    Experienced Capital (ECP), an operational investment fund dedicated to premium brands, has announced the completion of the sale of its 42.4% stake in Sessùn to Quadrivio Group, an International investment company with over 25 years of experience in private equity. As part of this transaction, Emma François-Grasset, founder of Sessùn, is also selling a portion of her shares to Quadrivio, making them the majority shareholder. Emma François-Grasset will remain deeply involved in the company as a minority shareholder and will continue to serve as CEO and Artistic Director of the brand.
